Simple from the start

Three steps, one conversation, and then you can stop thinking about it.

There's no app, no account and no call centre. You talk to Jo, you meet your Petter, and you go away knowing exactly who is in your home.

What Jo needs to know

Your suburb, your dates, how many pets and what they need day to day. If anything is unusual — medication, a nervous rescue, a gate that sticks — this is the place to say it.

What happens next

Jo replies personally, usually the same day. She'll confirm availability and tell you which Petter she has in mind, and why.

02

Meet your Petter

Jo arranges a face-to-face Meet & Greet in your home, before anything is confirmed. You meet your Petter, they meet your animals, and you walk them through the routine that keeps everyone happy.

If it doesn't feel right, say so. Jo would far rather find you a different match than have you leave unsure.

Bring up the details

Feeding times, favourite spots, which door stays locked, what the cat does when she's cross. The small things are what make a home feel unchanged.

Keys and contacts

Handover happens at the Meet & Greet, along with your vet's details and an emergency contact — so nobody is looking for a number at the wrong moment.

03

Enjoy peace of mind

Your Petter takes care of everything, and keeps you connected throughout — regular photos and WhatsApp check-ins, so you always know your furry family is happy and well.

You come home to a calm house, a settled pet, and things as you left them.

While you're away

Daily updates as standard. More if you want them, fewer if you'd rather switch off entirely — just tell your Petter what you prefer.

If something comes up

Your Petter contacts you first, and Jo is on hand as backup. Vet visits can be arranged the same day if they're ever needed.

Step one

Request a Petter

Tell Jo a little about your home and your dates. She'll come back to you personally — usually the same day.

Draft questions — to be confirmed with Jo

Add-ons you'd like

Jo is the only person who sees this. Nothing is shared, and there's no obligation until after your Meet & Greet.

Before you ask

Questions families usually have

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable. School holidays and long weekends fill first — if your dates are fixed, reach out early.

Can I choose my Petter?

You can ask for someone specific, and Jo will do her best. She'll also tell you honestly if a different Petter suits your pets better.

What if my pet needs medication?

That's routine. Note it on the form and walk your Petter through it at the Meet & Greet — doses, timing and where everything is kept.

Do you cover my area?

Homely works across the Moot and surrounding Pretoria suburbs. If you're a little outside, send the form anyway — Jo will tell you straight away.
