Keri is who I send to the homes where a lot is happening at once. Medication three times a day, a pool, a garden service arriving on Tuesday, two cats who eat different food. She writes it down, she gets it right, and she never needs reminding.
She is also the calmest person in any house she's in, and the animals pick that up immediately. Nothing is rushed, nothing is forgotten, and you get one clear message a day telling you everything is exactly as it should be.
