Matt is who I send when a dog needs more than company — when they need someone who will actually keep up with them. He walks further than he has to, plays longer than he needs to, and comes back with a tired, happy animal and a full report.
What sets Matt apart is his attention. He learns a pet's habits within a day — which toy is the favourite, how long they usually sleep, what the pacing means — and he treats every single one like the most important creature in the room.
